Very reasonably priced with lots of locals eating there. It’s a very nice new rustic place dominated by the big wood fired oven in the middle of the restaurant.

Their motto is “Organic pizza and lovely food” and the pizza is really good!

They use only local products and ancient wheat flour. You can find traditional pizzas but I really love the other original options made using only organic ingredients.

Another reason that makes me love this place, is the selection of crafted beers and biodynamic wines.

I’ve never had anything other than pizza here so I cannot tell you if the other dishes on the menu are good.

As it is open all day long I like to go there at an unusual time for eating and I think this is better because during lunch and dinner time SimBiosi is always packed.

I suggest it even for a small bite during aperitivo.
